⚓ WELCOME TO KAIFECTIONERY ⚓
Hello, Sweets! We would like to welcome you all to the second round of kaifectionery. This round will continue to be a fic fest, where we will accept prompts and gather them all into a spreadsheet for future claimers to view and claim, and we will run on CST (Central Standard Time).
Along with the new layout, we have some several changes:
⚓ Because of the recent LiveJournal changes, Dreamwidth will now be our main posting platform but all future story links will be hyperlinked to our new AO3 account, which you can find here.
⚓ All of the entries within kaifectionery’s LiveJournal have been transferred to kaifectionery’s moderator Dreamwidth account. We have posted and adjusted all the links as necessary for the Prompt Adoption post and Masterlist and Reveals in the kaifectionery Dreamwidth community.
⚓ The 2016 prompts from last year will also be available for claiming this year, as long as it hasn’t been previously taken.

Guidelines;
⚓ Because this fest is Jongin-centered, he must be one of the main characters in your prompts and stories. Whether it be Jongin/EXO, Jongin/Any, OT3+, or Jongin-centric, it’s all up to your imagination! He simply must be one of the main characters.
⚓ All prompts are welcomed—the more, the merrier—but be wary. We will not accept any prompts with noncon/dubcon, incest, or pedophilia. Other triggers may be involved, but they must be labeled appropriately when prompting and submitting your stories.
⚓ Crossovers are also welcomed! Stories with Lu Han, Wu Yifan (Kris), and Huang Zitao (Tao) as characters are allowed; however, Jongin/OC stories are not. We apologize, but we will not accept these types of prompts or bashing of any kind to any person, fictional or not.
⚓ All works must be able to stand alone and must not be plagiarized in any way, shape, or form.
⚓ The final word count must meet a minimum of 2,500 words. Your stories cannot be any less, but anything more than that is welcomed!
⚓ Lastly, please don’t join if you think you will drop out near the end. We understand life gets in the way but please, please, please communicate with us so we can help you out in the best way possible. If you happen to need to drop out, it's fine. Just let us know ahead of time!
